Job Description

Join the Stretch Life team on a part time basis (between 25-35 hrs a week) at our new stretch studio near SE1, London. We're looking for a highly organised, people focused, reliable and responsible team player to help us with various front of house tasks, studio duty management, sales conversion and retention activities and deliver assisted stretching to clients from time to time. You'll be the first point of contact, building long lasting relationships with our clients and playing a crucial role in ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to Stretch Life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



Deliver best-in-class customer service at all times

- welcome clients with genuine warmth and care and explain what we do here at Stretch Life and what to expect if its their first time in the studio, taking time to really listen to them and support their needs

Always provide fast and comprehensive sales and admin services

- You'll answer the phone, respond to emails and messages to help clients book and manage their appointments and will stay on top of any admin tasks at all times. You'll also support the therapists in converting clients to repeat customers and will work on ensuring clients convert to regular sessions, managing and execution of sales and client retention tactics.

Maintain the highest studio operational standards and have an exceptional eye for detail

- you will conscientiously follow the Stretch Life operating procedures including duty manager responsibility for opening and closing the studio and ensuring we're ready for client arrivals, stay on brand and uphold behaviour standards across the team and complete daily/weekly studio tasks, checklists and walk-arounds. As part of this, you'll ensure the studio is exceptionally clean at all times, things are in the right place and supplies never run out.

Help with sales and marketing efforts

- capturing and responding to client reviews, focusing on building a strong community to attract and retain clients, ensuring appointment availability is optimised, helping with social media and other local promotional activities including flyering, partner events, managing offers, PR opportunities and other local marketing efforts

Deliver assisted stretch sessions

- from time to time, you'll deliver assisted stretch services to our clients which we believe is essential to understanding the full service, and staying close to the therapists' role in order to better support the team and clients. Full training will be provided.

HOURS:

Part Time: minimum 25 hours up to 35 hours per week, the studio is open 7 days a week so you will be required to work every other weekend shifts and regular evening shifts during the week
Note: If you prefer less hours, let us know as for the right people, we may consider taking two candidates splitting the role.
Studio open hours: 8am-8pm Mon-Thu, 9am-6pm Fri and Saturday, 10am-6pm Sun
Location: Stretch Life studio, SE1

PAY & TERMS:



Freelance rate: Between 13.85 an hour and 16.85 per hour (28.8k-35k full time annual equivalent)

The role is initially a contractor/freelance role with a view to convert to a PAYE permanent role after 3 months for the right candidate

ABOUT YOU:



You either have front desk/client facing experience or have clear, demonstrable transferable skills You'll be persuasive and motivated by sales to encourage new people to try PNF assisted stretching You will have exceptional English Language communication skills, both fluent verbally and written English and the energy to be enthusiastic for clients throughout the whole day You're highly organised, can easily multi-task and stay calm under pressure and are self-motivated You have an exceptional eye for detail Hands-on, willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to any task that needs to happen for the smooth running of the studio Driven by continuous learning, you'll be curious to learn new skills to enhance both your performance and that of our team of Stretch Therapists You will have a track record of being reliable, trustworthy and always punctual A team player, you build trust quickly and enjoy working with others who share a common goal to help others move with agility, without restriction or pain
