What Sets Us Apart:

Competitive Pay

: Earn 14-16 per hour plus double time on bank holidays

Great Fuel Rates:

30p per mile travel allowance

Vehicle Wear & Tear:

Allowance of 5p extra per mile (Total of 0.35p per mile plus an additional 0.10p available to claim)*

Consistent Scheduling:

Enjoy regular hours with the same clients, reducing travel time and allowing you to build meaningful relationships

Shorter Travel Distances:

Our maximum range for our carers to travel is 20 minutes, meaning you will spend more time working and less time driving

From comprehensive in-house training to 24/7 management support, we ensure you're never alone

No On-Call:

Our HCAs will never have the burden of managing on-call

Role Description:

As a Homecare Assistant, your responsibilities will range from helping clients with daily activities like bathing and dressing to providing companionship and medication reminders. You will play a key role in maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Drivers Licence:

Being able to drive within the community is essential for this role as your role may include taking your wonderful clients out on trips and appointments.
