We are a privately owned, independent home care provider based in Burnham-on-Sea.
The journey began when Neighbourhood Care was established in 2011, with the vision of providing things "differently". With the aim of providing a high quality service to its customers but also creating a enjoyable and fun working environment for its employees.
We have a dedicated management team, who all have experience working as Community Care Assistants, that means we know exactly what it's like to do the job and what we can do to make it better - and we will always get stuck in!
As a Community Care Assistant you will be supporting people with daily tasks from personal care and administering medication to shopping, companionship and everything in between.
Experience is not essential, but an open mind, good sense of humour and a kind heart is a must - the rest can be learnt.
We always welcome applications from experienced carers too!
You'll need to be happy driving around Burnham and Highbridge. But don't worry, as we cover such a small area travel is minimal and you'll spend the majority of your time working with our lovely customers.
Our shift patterns are 07:00-14:00 & 16:00-22:00.
