Community Care Assistant
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Offer companionship and conversation with clients.
- Monitor diet and eating, report back to office for any concerns.
- Stimulate and encourage through a variety of actives.
- Administration of medication.
- Maintenance of medical aides.
- Accompany to appointments and social events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent to health care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in care.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Arrange appointments, activities and outings for and with the client.
