What we offer our Community Care Assistants:

Dependent on their Care Plan, duties may include:

Personal care and hygiene support Medication administration Light housekeeping Meal preparation Companionship and emotional support Grocery shopping and errands Encouraging and supporting clients to engage in daily activities Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings

Requirements of a Community Care Assistant:

Availability:

Must be able to offer at least two week days and one weekend day every other weekend.

Hours available:

7am - 2pm Monday - Sunday.

Attitude

: A genuine passion for helping others, with a positive and reliable approach to teamwork

Willingness to Learn

: Full training is provided, including a

, induction, and ongoing support

Preferred (but not essential) Experience:

Previous experience in domiciliary, assisted living, or nursing home care Skills in supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or end-of-life care First aid certification Experience with meal prep or medication handling
