Founded by Charlotte, a former paramedic with 20 years of experience, we are a small, privately-run company that focuses on offering personal, high-quality care. Unlike larger providers, we foster a supportive and friendly environment where our clients and staff feel valued and connected.

Location:

Penwortham & Preston Area

Shifts:

Part-Time/Full-Time - Set weekdays (Tuesday, Friday) & alternate weekends (10 hour shifts). You'll see the same clients each shift to build a rapport.

Pay:

13.25/hr (weekdays) 14.50/hr (weekends) Mileage contribution Paid travel time between visits (within a 3-mile radius) Paid cancelled visits to ensure consistent pay Enhanced pay for bank holidays

Your Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Administer medications as prescribed Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required Perform light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client health Follow care plans to ensure high-quality care

What We're Looking For:

A compassionate and empathetic nature with a desire to help others A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility Eligibility to work in the UK (we do not offer visas) Previous care experience is preferred but not required--training provided!
