Apollo Care Southport are looking for kind and friendly Female carer to join their team. Experience supporting people with Dementia preferable.

Essential skills:-

Female carers only due to nature of work.

Must a driver with access to a car for work,

Must be friendly, chatty and enjoy talking to clients over a cup of tea or coffee.

Must be able to work every other weekend or one day every weekend.

Clear Enhanced DBS (which we can apply for)

Must be eligible to work in the UK

Preferred skills:- Experience in a Care Home or Domicillary Care setting is preferred although not essential as training is provided.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their home environment. Work following the agreed ways of working, following all safe practices and procedures. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members. Drive to various locations as needed to support home care services.

Summary

As a Community Care Assistant, you will be essential in delivering compassionate support to individuals in their own homes. Reporting to the Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You are an essential part in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.10-13.75 per hour
