you will work directly with vulnerable adults to support their daily activities in a person-centred manner, to empower, promote well-being and encourage independence.

Experience in care is not a requirement as full training will be given.

Training Bonus payment 180.00

Requirements needed to become a Care Assistant or Support Worker at Trustmark care:

Candidates must be passionate about caring for people

in their own homes

and willing to develop their skills further. DBS required Driving license and access to a reliable car Required.
