: 07:00-15:00 and/or 15:00-22:30 | Includes weekends & bank holidays

We're looking for caring, reliable, and flexible Community Care Assistants to support older adults living in their own homes across Bridgend and Porthcawl.

Your Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you'll:

Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with respect and dignity Support with meals, mobility, and medication Provide companionship and reassurance during visits Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families Keep accurate records and share updates with the wider team

What We're Looking For

? A naturally kind, patient, and professional approach
? Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including alternate weekends
? Confidence working independently in the community
? Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
? Previous care experience (required)
? Willingness to work towards NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
