As a Care and Support assistant you will work with our clients in their own homes, providing comfort and stability to them. Your role will include:
- Assisting with personal care.
- Assisting with the administering of medication.
- Following client care plans to ensure the best possible care is provided.
- Providing support and companionship to your clients.
- Manual handling using specialist equipment.
- Assisting with food preparation.
Not worked in care before? You don't know what you're missing, luckily we'll have you covered. All of our new starters receive a full five day classroom based induction, followed by a comprehensive shadowing period in community, we want you to succeed and most importantly, we want you to love your role.

that works for you, you will know what hours you can expect to work, no drops in hours or random day changes, this schedule will include working 1 weekend out of the 2 weeks. Our operational hours are:
Mornings - 0700-1400
