Dependent on their Care Plan, duties may include:
Personal care and hygiene support
Medication administration
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation

Encouraging and supporting clients to engage in daily activities
Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
Requirements of a Community Care Assistant:
Availability:
Must be able to offer at least one week day evening, and one weekend day part every other weekend.
Must hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Attitude
: A genuine passion for helping others, with a positive and reliable approach to teamwork
Willingness to Learn

Preferred (but not essential) Experience:
Previous experience in domiciliary, assisted living, or nursing home care
