The Role:



As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide a range of support services to our clients, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care, such as assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting. Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks. Providing companionship and emotional support, observing any signs of abuse or neglect. Administering medication (where trained and authorised). Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities. Maintaining accurate records of care provided, including any concerns related to safeguarding. Recognising and reporting any safeguarding concerns in accordance with company policy and local procedures

What We're Looking For:



A genuine passion for caring for others. A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient and empathetic nature. Reliability and punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A willingness to undertake relevant training. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.41-25.82 per hour
