As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Supporting clients with mobility challenges, ensuring their safety and comfort. Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities. Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Monitoring and recording clients' health and well-being, and sharing any concerns with the care team. Building meaningful relationships with clients, providing companionship and emotional support.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a care role is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
