Job Description
Community Care Social Worker , Merton
To deliver high-quality, person-centred social work practice in line with the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation. The post holder will manage a caseload of adults with learning disabilities and autism, undertake statutory duties, and contribute to safeguarding, risk management, and service improvement. The role includes participation in the team duty system and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure effective care planning and service delivery.
32 per hour
