As a
Community Healthcare Worker
, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through dedicated support and assistance working in the community.
The type of professional service we expect from our staff we believe should be reflected in the pay rate for the job that they do. We want to be able to offer a premium service and this starts with paying staff their worth.
We provide staff with a guaranteed hourly base rate of 13.00 per hour with the ability to increase this rate to 15.00 per hour if they agree and work to a certain criteria and can increase it to 17.00 per hour for overtime shifts. Something we have been awarded for as an employer in this sector.
Staff who are employed in this service are expected to work across all shifts of Mornings, Evenings and Weekends in a Two Week Rotation. The position can be full time or part time but applicants will still be expected to work across all shifts. Mileage is paid in addition at 25p per mile.
Successful applicants will undergo training before and whilst working with our clients.
All applicants will be expected to have excellent communication skills, be well presented, be professional and have the knowledge and skills to complete all tasks, going above and beyond when needed. You must have access to your own vehicle .

Duties
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal grooming, and medication administration
- Implement management strategies as required
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure client well being.
- Maintain accurate records of all care and tasks provided
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a caring role is expected.
- Knowledge of care, or related fields is advantageous
- Health & Social Care qualifications is preferred or willing to work towards.
- Ability to work effectively and responsibly in clients homes
- Have strong communication skills and empathy towards others
- Have a willingness to undergo relevant training and development opportunities
