As a Community Care Worker at Epic Care Services, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes or care facilities.

Duties

- Deliver high-quality care services to patients in their homes or residential settings
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines
- Support patients with dementia care and behaviour management
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care

Skills

- Experience in patient care, including dementia care and medication administration
- Strong understanding of home care practices and nursing home procedures
- Proficient in first aid techniques
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively
- Knowledge of assisted living facilities and services
