Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a difference in people's lives? Gofal Seibiant Care Ltd is seeking Community Home Carers to support individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.

What You'll Do:

Provide personal care and support with daily activities Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders Offer companionship and emotional support Help clients maintain their independence additional duties for Care Practitioners

What We're Looking For:

Caring and empathetic nature A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred) Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential - full training provided) Right to work in the UK
