Job Description

Due to expansion We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidates will have experience in delivering high-quality care. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance while maintaining their dignity and independence.

It is desirable that you hold a UK driving Licence and have access to a vehicle. and a DBS on the update service.

Duties

Provide personal care , including assistance and support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and continence needs. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort at all times. Maintain accurate records of care provided, including medication administration and any notable changes in the client's condition. Foster a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages client engagement and participation in their care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other care workers to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their overall well-being.

Experience

Previous experience in home care or a similar role is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with dementia is beneficial.
