We are now recruiting caring, dependable and motivated individuals to join our expanding team of Community Care Workers. No previous experience is required - we provide full training, a paid induction, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Your Role

Providing person-centred care in people's homes Supporting with personal care, meals, medication and mobility needs Encouraging independence and offering emotional support Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns appropriately Working alongside colleagues, families and health professionals to deliver excellent care

About You

Caring, reliable and motivated to make a difference A good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends

Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experienced in care or completely new to the sector - full training is provided
