Overview

?We are seeking kind, caring Social Workers to join our lovely team!! ?

Main responsibilities

:

Daily Living Support: Assisting with tasks like toileting, washing, cooking, cleaning and general personal care. Medication Management:
Administering and recording medication as needed, working with healthcare professionals.

Emotional and Social Support:
Providing companionship, encouragement, and support to individuals, helping them maintain their health and well-being.Maintaining accurate records of support provided, progress made, and any concerns or changes.

?Encouraging and empowering individuals to maintain their independence and achieve their goals whilst remaining in their own homes.?

Skills

Record Keeping Promoting Independence Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Empathy and resilience in dealing with challenging situations while maintaining professional boundaries.

Experience in social care work is desirable, but not essential, as full, paid training is provided. ?

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
