Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Worker to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. This role will include travelling to Prestwich, Whitefield, Bury, Manchester and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Deliver personal care, including bathing and dressing. Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs, ensuring nutritional requirements are met. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Support clients with mobility and transfers. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns Assist with PEG, NIV & Cough Assist as required.
Qualifications
Over 6 months previous experience in care, in the UK Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A valid driving licence & access to own vehicle A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others Flexibility in working hours - including weekend availability.
