The Old Roselyon Domiciliary Care Agency are hiring Full time/Part time Care Assistant positions available weekends, evenings and school hours.

We're expanding our friendly and professional team, and we'd love you to join us!

We provide high-quality care and support to older adults and individuals with physical disabilities, helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

What you'll do

Every day is different, but your role will include:

Supporting with personal care Helping with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with mobility aids and ensuring clients' safety Encouraging independence, dignity and respect in everything you do Recording care provided and updating daily logs accurately

About you

We're looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people who genuinely want to help others.

Caring nature and positive attitude Good communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential, full training provided Reliable transport and a valid driving licence are required

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable) If not qualified, we'll support you to complete the Care Certificate within 6 months

Areas covered - Par, Tywardreath, St. Blazey, St Austell, Carlyon Bay, Tregrehan, Fowey.

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
