, we believe no one should be left without support--whether they live in a busy town or a quiet cottage down a winding country lane. That's why we're expanding our hive across Mid and East Devon, and we need caring, reliable individuals to help us reach those in rural and remote communities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the countryside and is confident driving to isolated homes via narrow country lanes--often in early mornings, evenings, and all weather conditions.

Flexible Shift Patterns Available



We offer various shifts to suit different lifestyles:

Morning: 07:00 - 14:00 Midday: 10:00 - 16:00 Evening: 16:00 - 22:00 Weekend shifts available
We ask for a minimum of three morning or evening shifts per week, plus alternate weekends--but we're flexible and will work with you to find the right fit.

What You'll Do as a Community Carer



Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence Support with meals, hydration, and medication prompts Offer emotional reassurance and friendly companionship Assist with safe movement and mobility Help with light household tasks like tidying and laundry Update care notes easily using our mobile app
You'll be a friendly, trusted face--bringing comfort and support to those who need it most, especially in places where care is harder to reach.

What You'll Need



A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle Confidence driving in rural areas, including country lanes and remote locations The right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer sponsorship) A kind, respectful, and dependable nature Basic confidence using a smartphone (we'll show you the ropes!)

What You'll Receive



Up to 26,000 per year (pro rata)

45p per mile travel allowance

28 days paid holiday (pro rata), including bank holidays
