We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Community Carers to join our team, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as you will be travelling between clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Administer or prompt medication as per care plans
Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required
Support clients with mobility, using equipment where necessary
Offer companionship and emotional support
Carry out domestic tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Maintain accurate records and report any changes in clients' conditions
Follow health and safety and safeguarding policies at all times
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
Right to work in the UK
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic, patient, and respectful attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential - full training provided)
Willingness to undergo DBS check and provide references
