The purpose of this role is to ensure Community Caretakers deliver excellent caretaking, cleaning and environmental services to River Clyde Home's customers and work in partnership with residents to maintain all elements of RCHs properties and their surroundings. The post holder will prioritise customer safety by playing a key health & safety role in terms of fire prevention, customer profiling and signposting vulnerable customers to the relevant services. The postholder will be required to cover all blocks within our stock as necessary and will be a visible and familiar face within our multi-storey blocks, delivering a 'right first time' service, offering personalised solutions for our customers and communities in which they live.
The successful candidate will hold or be willing to work towards a CIH Level 2 in Housing Studies, be able to undertake low level maintenance to the standard of a competent DIY person and have a full driving licence.
