As our
Community Champion
, you'll be the bridge between our Clients and the UK's Filipino community. You'll build and nurture relationships with key community stakeholders, represent a range of well-known brands at events, and help recruit and manage Filipino brand ambassadors nationwide.
This is a fixed-term post - up to 6 months.
No two days will be the same -- one day you might be attending a cultural festival or community meeting, the next you could be coordinating with our creative team or setting up a local activation. This is a role for someone outgoing, proactive, and genuinely passionate about people and the community.
What you'll be doing...
Build and maintain strong relationships with Filipino community organisations, groups, and leaders across the UK.
Represent our Clients at community events, festivals, and gatherings.
Identify, recruit, and support Filipino brand ambassadors and influencers.
Provide insights and feedback on community trends, opportunities, and engagement approaches.
Support event planning, logistics, and execution for community-focused campaigns.
Work closely with the wider agency team to ensure authentic and effective representation.
What we're looking for...
You have a strong understanding of the UK's Filipino community and culture.
You're a natural relationship-builder -- approachable, trustworthy, and proactive.
Confident representing brands and speaking to diverse audiences.
Organised, flexible, and happy to travel as needed.
Fluent in English and Tagalog
Experience in community engagement, marketing, or events is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and initiative are what matter most.
