Community Development and Engagement Manager

We are recruiting for a Community Development and Engagement Manager to work at the Sunlight Centre in Gillingham. It is an exciting role where you can bring all your creativity and communication skills to help with a worthwhile service.
You will be overseeing several important community services in the Sunlight Centre,
Including:
Medway Men-in Sheds, Music and Gardens Women in Sheds Project Co-ordinator, , Women in Sheds/Employability and Confidence Coach , Anger Management Trainer, and Cafe Supervisor
You will ensure the safe running of the services, covering finance, recruitment, fundraising, marketing and day to day management.
37 hours per week
Salary: 29,640 based on 37.5 hours per week
We are a friendly down to earth Centre that is embedded in the local community that offers a safe place for all people, to socialise and be heard.
You will:
Have a Prince 2 qualification
Have experience of managing Community services
Have Excellent communication skills with an ability to work with Trustee's, Staff and Stakeholders.
A positive can-do attitude.
Have an enhanced EDBS on the update service or be prepared to have one done
