Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Enabler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals within the community. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being of our service users.

Responsibilities

Drive service users to appointments or social activities as needed. Assist with weekly shopping sometimes unattended by the service users due to lack of mibility or energy. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition. Assist with correspondance and paperwork including finances. Engage in meaningful activities with clients to enhance their quality of life. Support with cooking and nutrition. Prompt medication Enabling with domestic duties Provide companionship and to build a trusting relationship.

Requirements

Skills in community care and behaviour management would be preferred. A valid driving licence is required for transporting service users. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with service users and their families. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Experience with individuals experiencing dementia.

Pay: 12.58 per hour
