CK Theatre School has been inspiring young performers since 1977, offering high-quality training in singing, dancing, and drama for children aged 3-18. Role Purpose



We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual to lead on student recruitment and outreach. This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for bringing in new students to CK Theatre School through community engagement, school partnerships, local marketing, and follow-up communications.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Enrolment



Promote trial sessions and convert enquiries into termly sign-ups Follow up with prospective families via phone, email, and messaging Manage trial bookings and ensure an excellent experience for new families Track weekly leads, follow-ups, conversions, and commissions earned

Marketing & Promotion



Distribute flyers, posters and banners locally Attend community events, fairs, and open days to promote the school Help generate local interest through school visits and parenting groups Work with the Principal, administrator and teachers to share photos, stories and promotions

Outreach & Relationships



Build links with local schools, nurseries, PTAs and community groups Arrange and coordinate short taster sessions or assemblies to spark interest Be a warm and professional first point of contact for potential joiners

Pay & Commission



Base Pay: 12.21 per hour (anticipated 15 hours per week)

Commission: Earn commission for every student you recruit who signs up for a full term:

Students Enrolled Per Term



Rate Per Student



First 15 students

10 each

Next 15 students (16-30)

12 each

31+ students

15 each

Example:

Recruiting 25 students in a term = 150 + 120 = 270 in commission

Commission is paid termly on confirmed, fully paid enrolments.

Optional bonuses may also be available for exceeding targets or achieving high retention rates.

Who we're looking for



Essential

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Highly motivated and target-driven Organised and proactive with excellent follow-up habits Friendly, positive and passionate about children's development
Desirable

Sales, customer service, or outreach experience Knowledge of performing arts, theatre, or local community networks Driving licence and access to a car
