The Role
Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with an analytical mindset and a hunger to grow? They're seeking a Community Engagement Executive to join their Product team and drive engagement and growth across their digital communities.
This is a high-impact delivery role perfect for someone stepping up from a junior position into greater ownership and responsibility. You'll have direct accountability for the performance and growth of their public communities - platforms connecting thousands of engaged users. Your focus will be activating sign-ups, increasing user engagement, driving repeat participation, and understanding the data that tells you what's working and what's not.
You'll work closely with Account Managers and the Product team, blending campaign execution, data analysis, and strategic insights to move the needle on community health and user activation. This role offers genuine autonomy with strong support and mentoring as you develop.
