Summary

We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist based in Wimbledon to enhance our community outreach and engagement efforts. This role is vital in promoting our mission and ensuring that we connect effectively with our clients and their families, fostering a supportive environment that aligns with our values.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote GoodOaks Home Care's services. Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and potential clients. Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness about our services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with the community. Gather feedback from clients and their families to improve service delivery. Support fundraising initiatives by engaging with the community. Monitor and report on engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in community engagement or a related field (highly preferred). Strong administrative skills with attention to detail (mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory). Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment (mandatory). Experience in project management or leadership roles (somewhat preferred). Proficiency in using social media platforms for outreach (nice-to-have). Previous experience in fundraising or marketing roles is a plus (nice-to-have).
