Engagement & Support Worker

10 hours per week (over two days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday)

We're looking for a friendly, proactive person to join our small, supportive team here at Annan Day Centre. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, helping others to feel included, and being part of the local community.

What the role involves:

Supporting group activities and 1:1 engagement Helping with mealtimes and day-to-day tasks in the centre Chatting with and supporting our members in a warm and inclusive way Helping raise awareness of the Day Centre in the community (e.g. flyers, Facebook, local visits) Supporting social media posts and promoting activities Encouraging participation and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere
We're looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic and community-minded Communicates well and enjoys people Can work independently and as part of a team Is reliable and friendly Is over 21 with a full driving licence (insurance requirement)
Hours & Key Dates:

This post is funded for 18 months
