Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Procare Domiciliary Services Ltd. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living activities, including personal care, washing and dressing, continence care, mobility and transfer, managing medications, meal preparation and helping with domestic tasks. Support clients in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in daily tasks. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Assist in Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual client needs. Document client progress and any changes in condition accurately. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.

Requirements

Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential We do need from you is to have the Right to Work in the UK, as we are not able to offer Health and Care worker Visas at this point in time. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes. A valid UK driving license and access to own car is advantageous for travel between client locations.
