full-time carers

with

weekend availability

to help us build something exceptional from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs to remain safe and independent at home Deliver compassionate care with a personal touch--no rushed visits (30-minute minimum call times) Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients in your local community

What We Offer

Guaranteed Hours, Great Pay, and Perks That Matter

Respite Calls: 12.60-13.20/hour Homecare Calls: 14.25/hour (Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm) 14.75/hour (Mon-Fri, 6pm-10pm) 15.25/hour (Weekends) 16.25/hour (Bank Holidays) Paid travel time (up to 1 hour per shift) + 45p per mile mileage Pension, company sick pay, free DBS and company phone Mental Health First Aiders, Blue Light Card access, regular wellbeing activities

What You'll Need

A full driving licence and access to a car Weekend availability A kind heart, reliability, and a willingness to learn
