Community Horticulture Programme Assistant

Join a friendly team who are passionate about engaging under-represented communities with the wonder of Kew's science, horticulture and collections. This role involves practical and administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of the Community Horticulture programme. A significant part of the role will be to take responsibility for the upkeep of the community allotment learning and storage spaces, with the support of programme volunteers.

This is a rewarding position for a flexible and collaborative individual with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing the upkeep of outdoor learning spaces and supervising volunteers



This role will be based on site at Kew Gardens every Tuesday.



The salary will be 28,550 per annum depending on skills and experience



This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.



Interviews are planned for 13 October 2025.
