Role Overview


As the Community Host, you will be the welcoming face of Liberty Space, creating a vibrant and friendly environment for our clients. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will greet visitors, support clients, organise events, and help the team keep everything running smoothly. Your mission is to make sure our business hubs feel like great places to work, build relationships, and help clients get the most out of being part of the Liberty Space community.

Key Responsibilities



Community and Client Care



Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and enquiries in person, on the phone, and by email. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals. Support onboarding for new clients to ensure they settle in smoothly. Organise and promote community events, networking opportunities, and social activities. Gather client feedback and suggestions and share with the team.

Daily Site Operations



Welcome guests and manage meeting room bookings. Support the day-to-day smooth running of the centres, including kitchens and communal areas. Liaise with contractors and the maintenance team as needed. Help maintain high presentation standards in all areas of the site.

Sales Support



Assist with viewings and site tours where required. Promote Liberty Space's products and services to prospective and existing clients. Handle initial enquiries and pass to the sales team where appropriate.

General Admin



Answer calls, respond to emails, and update internal systems using Google Workspace. Assist with light administrative tasks including invoices and booking confirmations. Support event marketing and social media with photos, content ideas, and updates.

Skills and Attributes



Friendly, approachable, and a natural people person. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, and basic booking systems. Proactive and resourceful problem-solver. Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around people and creating a great atmosphere in the workplace. You do not need to have worked in a business centre before, but you do need to bring energy, warmth, and a can-do approach.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,500.00-24,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
