This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a dynamic co-living space. You'll work closely with the Community Manager and the entire onsite staff. Your days will be unpredictable and exciting--one moment you're welcoming a new resident, the next you're helping with a community newsletter or troubleshooting a last-minute issue to ensure a resident's experience is seamless. Just like a good host, you'll wear many hats. You'll be a problem-solver, a supporter, and a friendly face. Responsibilities



Leasing

Respond to new prospect inquiries. Conduct tours and submit applications. Support the application process through to move-in.

Move-Ins

Renewals, & Move-Outs

Confirm that applications are compliant before move-in. Follow the move-in process to ensure new residents have a great experience. Support renewal discussions and administration. Follow the move-out process to ensure residents leave on a positive note.

Resident & Building Services

Always be available to residents, including when away from your desk via the site mobile. Handle general inquiries, queries, and complaints from residents. Ensure accurate inquiry data is input into the property management software in a timely manner. Respond to maintenance requests and arrange for work to be carried out. Gather customer feedback and reviews. Rectify any unplanned cleaning emergencies, such as spillages and accidents in communal areas. Proactively deal with any maintenance and problems identified, including fixing, repairing, maintaining, or cleaning any area or problem if able to do so (e.g., changing light bulbs). Be responsible for all deliveries to the main reception, including receiving, safekeeping, and issuing all parcels and registered mail in line with company procedure. Give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift to any follow-on team members, highlighting any events that have occurred and making them aware of any forthcoming events. Issue keys only to the correct personnel and residents, while recording the signing in and out of keys in line with company procedure. Coordinate, instruct, and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance. Manage amenity bookings and ensure spaces are ready and returned to a high standard. Assist with the organisation and planning of resident events. Support building-wide communication and updates.

Building Patrol & Safety Checks

Carry out regular building and safety checks to ensure the working order and condition of lighting, heating, fire control systems, alarms and smoke ventilation, lifts, water tanks and pumps, doors, windows, gates, access control, and security. Monitor CCTV and always alarm systems during your shift. Check and screen all visitors, guests, and contractor staff, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious or unusual behaviour Main Duties Provide excellent customer service to all residents and visitors and actively engage with them to provide a seamless experience. Offer a friendly, reassuring presence to residents and visitors, handling any queries or complaints professionally. Coordinate daily operations, ensuring quality and service delivery always meet and exceed resident expectations. Answer telephone and email inquiries from prospective tenants in a timely manner and record the details on the databases used. Book and conduct viewings, with follow-up correspondence and converting to lets. Liaise with and maintain relationships with existing tenants. Maintain property databases to ensure all details are up to date and accurate at all times. Coordinate maintenance and repairs by logging issues and arranging access for contractors. Manage parcels and car parking. Be responsible for social media advertising in line with brand guidance and research market activities in the area. Assist with coordinating and managing community events for the residents and creating an annual calendar. Conduct regular checks of the building, ensuring health and safety regulations are met and resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

Requirements



A genuine people person with a natural ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Good verbal and written communication skills. A strong drive to achieve targets and objectives, particularly in leasing. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support senior management. Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Diligent with a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work. A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to workload and new challenges. A good, open, honest, and clear communicator. Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office suite is desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to display sensitivity and understanding of residents' needs. Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humour, and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Professional presentation, confident, and outgoing nature. A great team player who takes ownership and responsibility.
