Our unique Client management model connects building owners (Clients) with occupiers (Customers) to generate cash from underutilised office space in all types of buildings from Aberdeen to Brighton. NewFlex is creating a positive alternative in the business centre market.

Overview




The Community Host is responsible for supporting the Senior Community Host on the daily business operations of The Exchange ensuring delivery of the key performance goals of the business along with ensuring our members receive world class service and benefit from being part of a creative environment designed to inspire innovative thinking and collaboration to benefit all members and meetings & events customers.

We want someone exceptional who can deliver the following key responsibilities:



Membership engagement and retention



Be aware of the Company mission and values and contribute to the overall success of team and company. Actively develop a community ethos at The Exchange. Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor. To liaise with members to ensure open communication and positive results. To provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer experience is a positive one, seeking feedback and making changes accordingly. To support in membership retention and overall membership satisfaction Organize time and systems to ensure a consistently high standard of service. Deal with all queries in a proactive and positive manner. Ad hoc duties as and when required by the business

Facilities



Meeting and event areas to be kept clean and tidy with efficient turn-around between meeting room bookings to member/visitor specifications. Ensure that the tech for all meeting and event areas is tested daily and that all team members are proficient in assisting guests. Organising furniture and other associated items in line with guest requirements. Continual upkeeping of the standards of the centre (cleanliness, restocking etc) Understanding and following 22B Standards. Ensure the Company and 22B policies & processes are followed at all times.

Finance



Support with driving revenue at Exchange

Sales & Marketing



Maintain the relationships within the 22B vertical village and local neighborhood whilst promoting The Exchange Promote and upsell the full range of products and services to members Maximise revenue opportunities generated by the location

Compliance & Health & Safety



Support the Community manager and the management team to ensure The Exchange is H&S compliant through a thorough understanding of the policies relating to our statutory H&S obligations. Follow the government guideline to ensure to comply with the Exchange Covid-19 protocols. Take part in training on all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used within the premises. Validating customer identification to ensure adherence to AMLR policy.

Knowledge/Experience



IT Literate Experience of working within hospitality or club members' space Not essential but 2 years' service in similar environment is an advantage Able to communicate clearly with all levels of Members Consistently guest focused Focused on details. An ambassador for the ultimate members experience. Empowered in own ability to deal confidently with customers. Social Media Basic cleaning duties

Qualifications



Any Business/Hospitality Management Degree will be a great advantage but not essential
