Housing Help Network is a professional tenant support and housing claims organization dedicated to helping residents access free services and support for housing disrepair. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, professional individuals to join our door-to-door outreach program.

As a

Housing Outreach Officer

, you will:

Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated council and housing association estates Introduce tenants to free housing support services and provide information on housing disrepair claims Identify qualified tenants and log accurate lead information for solicitor review Meet weekly targets for accepted leads while maintaining a professional and courteous approach Work closely with our team to optimize territories and canvassing strategies
This role is

base + commission

, providing both security and the opportunity to earn uncapped performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Knock on doors in assigned territories to engage with tenants Explain services clearly and professionally, ensuring compliance with regulations Collect and log accurate tenant information for follow-up Achieve weekly targets for accepted leads Maintain daily records of contacts and outcomes Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and conduct Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team Comfortable working outdoors and walking multiple hours per day Reliable and punctual
No prior canvassing experience is required -- full training provided.
