Shifts and Contracts.

Shifts are between 7am and 2pm, 2pm to 9pm and 7am to 9pm. Contracts are set to rotate every 2 weeks for positive work/life balance. Some weekend work incorperated, either working 1 day every weekend and having 1 day off every weekend - or having alternate weekends off - negotiable to meet candidate preference. Exact number of shifts can be negotiable to candidate's preference to meet prefwrred full-time hours.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Community Care Worker to join our team in Morecambe. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering high-quality home care.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with meal preparation and nutrition guidance. Maintain accurate records of client care and progress. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills. Uphold the values of dignity and respect in all interactions.

Requirements

A reliable vehicle and driving license Relevant experience is preferred, but no essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are necessary. Ability to work independently A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
