The Role




The

Community Lead

is the expert of our clients community. As the

voice of a brand

, you will have exemplary

engagement and copy-writing skills

to grow online communities. You will be confident in managing multiple engagement writers across numerous clients to create a social space where a

community feels seen and heard

.


You will also have some experience with contributing social and community learnings to the social team for concepts and content for

TikTok and Instagram

.


You're able to creatively speak to a community through proactive engagement. You will have experience working directly with clients and dealing with multiple requests whilst managing engagement work.



You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of social media services as well as reporting and publishing.



What You'll Do







Day-to-day social media management on named accounts, overseeing engaging with consumers, fans, and communities on behalf of the brand across social channels. Ensuring community engagement across all channels that aligns with the brands guidelines and TOV. Qualitative QA across team responses to ensure accuracy of responses and correct application of TOV. Keep up-to-speed on new social platform developments. Assist in revising engagement tactics and recommendations to clients in response to platform developments. Creation and on-time delivery of social media performance reports, including understanding of defining KPIs and making recommendations based on performance. Regularly sharing feedback, trends, and internet cultural conversations gained from social media tools with clients and internal strategists. Executing proactive and reactive engagement strategies while ensuring alignment with brand TOV and guidelines. Executing organic publishing across social platforms and assisting in identifying, engaging, and repurposing UGC content. Occasionally assists with copywriting for organic posts in the brand's TOV. Day to day support of engagement specialist teams, including training and onboarding team members and ensuring team members are up to speed on the latest tools and trends. Work closely with your wider agency team to ensure content is aligned to the social strategy and business objectives. Attend status meetings with the client to ensure content is reviewed as effectively as possible. Proactive client development: support the Client Partner in identifying opportunities for upselling within community work

About You



Skills and Traits

?



Passionate social media user with an interest and curiosity in internet culture. Creative communicator who is adept at changing voice based on the client's personality. Strong collaborator - confident communicating with stakeholders at different levels and good at developing effective relationships with internal teams. Confident in using scheduling and insight tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite A curious, proactive approach with a can-do attitude A team oriented professional, with the ability to work independently and self-motivated Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to juggle several tasks at once

Experience



2+ years in leading community management role. Experience working for multi-market clients is preferred, but not required. Up-to-date and current knowledge of social platforms, their audiences and social media trends. Wide range of experience using and creating content for TikTok and Instagram. Solid experience with scheduling tools and insight tools. Experience publishing social content, contributing to reports, and executing a brand's social media strategy.
