We are looking for experienced staff to support a younger man with learning disabilities and behaviour that challenges. You will be working in the community setting in and around the Edinburgh area.

We offer a comprehensive training programme for all new employees tailored to the job role and require your invaluable care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration, and moving and handling.

Training and Development



All support staff will have access to excellent in-house training, Including CALM and Positive Behaviour Support, E-learning and other external training courses.

Qualifications and Skills



We do not require any qualifications in care as we have excellent induction training and development program for each employee. Experience of supporting people with a learning disability and associated conditions is essential.

Successful applicants are required to be PVG Registered as the role will involve delivering support to vulnerable adults

Responsibilities and Duties



You will provide a high level of service to adults with a physical and or learning disability

accompanying people on social activities assisting with life skills support including education, personal care, cooking, money handling skills, meaningful activities, sporting activities, and going on holidays managing behaviours that may challenge prompting medication companionship services toileting, catheter care, food preparation, socialising, shopping full UK driving licence attending meaningful appointments/ events must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive medication prompting use of moving and handling equipment recording and reporting
