The role is central to our value of keeping their customers at the heart of everything we do hence the importance of having a team of the most competent, enthusiastic and fast thinking Community Managers. The role is the first and primary point of contact for all our members, clients and guests thus creating the best first impression is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all members and guests by providing the highest level of customer experience.
Building relationships with members through regular engagement and community events.
Ensuring the workspace is operating efficiently - keeping the centre clean, neat and functioning well.
Greeting guests, undertaking tours and liaising with member queries.
Promoting and selling extra services that are available to members.
Assist members with move-in and move-out schedules.
Set up all access/security passes etc.
Creating invoices for current and new members and ensuring prompt payment.
Managing consumable stocks, re ordering stock and processing supplier invoices.
Profile:
The successful candidate should have the following skillset:
Strong customer experience in the hospitality or co-working sector (Not Required).
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
Passionate about technology and innovation.
Excellent organisational skills.
High levels of accountability and ownership.
Exhibit good time and priority management.
Enthusiasm, passion and integrity.
Proactive and independent.
