As the Community Manager (CM), you will own the communication strategy for 4J Studios and our new game Reforj. You will build communication plans, maintain relationships with our users, and create monthly reports that provide player feedback to the team. By having a strong knowledge of the game and its players, the CM will work closely with Production, Design, and Marketing teams to create communication strategies that are informative and engaging.
As Community Manager, you will act as the "voice of the community", championing player feedback to internal stakeholders while also maintaining a professional tone of voice when speaking to the community.
