Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and personable Community Manager to join our growing team at Quintessential Offices.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors at our shared workspace, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations of our centre, and maintaining strong tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:



-Responsible for opening and setting up the shared workspace at the start of each day and ensuring its secure closure at the end of the working day.

-Greet and assist tenants and visitors with a friendly and professional demeaner.

-Answer emails promptly and accurately.

-Support the wider management team when required with office tours and inductions.

-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages for your centre.

- Maintain a tidy, stocked office and organised front desk and reception area.

-Assist with setting up & coordinating conference room bookings and creating a schedule for monthly community events.

-Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.

-Collaborate with the wider team such as our Maintenance Manager and Directors to ensure tenant satisfaction.

-Support office administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:



-Proven experience as front of house or similar role with a strong interest in tenant relations.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organisational and pro-active attitude.

-Previous experience with event set up.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

-A positive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.

-Professional appearance and attitude.

-An eye for detail.
