Responsibilities

Member support: responding to enquiries, requests, and feedback Resident engagement: building strong relationships and connections Workspace management: overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and occupancy Customer service and sales: supporting onboarding and retention Administration: invoicing, contracts, and operational tasks

What We Offer

Salary: 26,000-29,000 per year Hours: Monday-Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-5 Holidays: Paid bank holidays plus Christmas & New Year break Sick leave: Up to 5 paid sick days per year Development: Career plans, book club, and regular training Benefits: Healthcare package, confidential counselling, local discounts, gym offers, and monthly team socials
