Job Description

BIMA is looking for a new Community Manager to help support and grow the membership base of digital agencies, brands and technology providers. While experience in working within a membership organisation is a bonus, it's more important that you have experience working within digital and have amazing communication skills. The role will involve constant communication with members to ensure they are getting value from BIMA and also driving new products and services to fit the needs of the industry. There's a touch of new business involved too so pitching membership to prospects will also be required.

Scope



The main responsibility and function of the Community Manager is to retain and grow the membership base of BIMA.

The role is a combination of supporting existing members and ensuring they get value from all that BIMA offers, while also pitching to new member prospects.

Key responsibilities include:



New Membership Acquisition



Researching and creating a new member prospect pipeline with weekly reporting on new leads and deals converted. Attending new membership pitches, either virtual or face to face. Attending and representing the organisation at BIMA events and external industry events

Member Retention



Managing a comprehensive onboarding process for all new members. Account management for an allocation of full membership, to include regular email and telephone contact. Guiding new products and services that will engage the membership.

Pay: 33,360.00-36,777.00 per year
