Job Title: Community Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, 2 Days a Week)

Location: Clapham, London SW4

Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract

Pay: 15 per hour

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Community Marketing Assistant to join our team at Winkworth Clapham. This part-time role involves delivering marketing letters and leaflets to residential properties in and around Clapham, raising awareness of our brand and helping us connect with potential clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing:

Distributing marketing letters and leaflets door-to-door across Clapham

Covering specific target streets and postcodes as directed
Tracking delivery areas to ensure complete coverage
Acting as a friendly face for our local estate agency

What we're looking for:
Someone who lives locally and knows the Clapham area well
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Physically fit and happy to walk for extended periods
Available to work 2 days per week (flexible scheduling)

It could suit a local parent looking for flexible work during school hours or a student looking for part-time hours.
