Job Description

You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who demonstrates a passion for improving outcomes for people living with mental health difficulties in the community. You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, delivering recovery-focused interventions rooted in compassion, empowerment and respect. You will be expected to: Apply your professional knowledge to assess mental health needs and deliver psychosocial interventions using approaches such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy. Support service users in managing crisis situations, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and promoting recovery and independence.



Liaise effectively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure coordinated, person-centred care. Maintain responsibility for caseload management, prioritising and organising your work to meet the needs of service users. Contribute to team training, audit, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure continued excellence in care delivery. Use reflective practice and supervision to support your ongoing professional development.
