Community Nurse

Segensworth, Fareham, Hampshire

Night shifts

to cover

22:00 - 08:00hrs on Monday / Thursday and Sunday

Salary: 22.30 - 35.68 per hour

About the Role

As a Night Community Nurse, you'll:

Visit patients in their homes to assess, treat, and support them. Provide safe, effective telephone advice and health assessments. Work closely with GPs, fellow nurses, and other professionals to deliver joined-up, patient-centred care. Administer medication and create treatment plans within agreed clinical guidelines. Keep accurate records and uphold the NMC Code of Conduct.

What You'll Bring

NMC registration with 4+ years' post-qualification experience. 2+ years as a community nurse. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. A professional, caring approach that reflects our values.

Desirable:

Nurse practitioner or prescribing qualification. Experience with EMIS Clinical IT systems.
